A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups Postponed To June 4 Amid Global Uncertainty

The makers of Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups, starring Yash, have officially postponed the film’s release from March 19 to June 4, 2026. The team cited the ongoing conflict in the Middle East as the key reason behind the decision, explaining that the situation has impacted their aim to reach a wide global audience. Yash shared the announcement on X, confirming the new worldwide release date. Captioning his post, he wrote, “Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups - in Cinemas Worldwide on 4 June 2026.”

In the official note, the team revealed that the film was conceptualised with a global vision. “Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups is a film we conceptualised with the vision to create cinema for a global audience. Filmed in Kannada and English, it is built with the conviction to connect with viewers both at home and across the world. After years of dedicated labour, we were excited to share our film with you all on the 19th of March,” the statement read.

However, addressing the delay, the makers added, “The current uncertainty, especially in the Middle East, has created a situation that impacts our goal to reach and connect with the widest possible audience. Therefore, in the interest of our partners and our audience, we have made the difficult but carefully considered decision to reschedule our release.” The team concluded by thanking fans for their patience and support, assuring them that the film will now arrive in cinemas globally in English and multiple Indian languages on June 4, 2026.

With the postponement, the much-anticipated box office clash between Toxic and Dhurandhar 2, directed by Aditya Dhar, will no longer take place on March 19.

Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the film boasts a star-studded cast including Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria and Rukmini Vasanth alongside Yash.

Produced by Venkat K. Narayana and Yash under KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, Toxic has been filmed in Kannada and English and will also release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam.

Bella Hadid Revives ’90s All-Denim in Milan

Arriving in Italy earlier this week, Bella Hadid made an immediate impact on the runway for Prada, presenting four standout looks from the Fall/Winter 2026–2027 collection. Yet it was off the catwalk, on the streets of Milan, where the supermodel truly stole the spotlight. Fresh from appearing on the March cover of Vogue Italia, Hadid reaffirmed her reputation as a fashion force capable of transforming any public appearance into a viral fashion moment. The occasion was the launch celebration of her collaboration with Italian denim label Miss Sixty, and the anticipation was palpable as photographers gathered in droves. The event itself leaned into playful theatrics. Set against a carousel backdrop, Hadid posed alongside faux horses, subtly referencing her signature cowgirl-inspired aesthetic. However, while the setting nodded to Western flair, her outfit told a different story — one rooted firmly in ’90s minimalism. For the evening, Hadid embraced a head-to-toe denim ensemble that reima...
